Psychotherapy & Art Therapy
I offer psychotherapy, EMDR, art therapy, & immigration evaluation support in English and in Spanish in a safe, supportive space. My services are trauma-informed, culturally aware, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity questions, immigration stress, or seeking personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone.
Individual Psychotherapy & Art Therapy
Talk therapy provides a space to explore thoughts, feelings, identity, needs, and behaviors. Together, we’ll work on coping strategies, boundary-setting, self-awareness, and healing at a pace that feels safe for you. Includes healing through eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy, somatic therapies, and art therapy.
Art therapy uses creative expression to process emotions, reduce stress, and explore your inner world — no art experience needed. It’s especially helpful when words alone aren’t enough.
Small Group Psychotherapy & Art Therapy
In a supportive group setting, you can connect with others through guided creative activities and shared reflection. This helps reduce isolation, build community, and process emotions with others who understand your experience. Group sessions will be announced as they become available.
My Approach:
I collaborate with you to meet your goals, whether that’s exploring trauma, connecting to your creativity, clarifying your values and needs, or building emotional resilience. You are the expert of your own life — my role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space as we work together.
I use a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including art therapy, EMDR, somatic and mindfulness practices, CPT, DBT, and IFS-informed parts work. Your care is personalized to what feels most helpful for you in the moment.
You deserve an affirming, safe, and compassionate space to explore your life and wellbeing. If this feels like the right fit, you can schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good match.
