Immigration Psychological Evaluations in Texas| Evaluaciones Psicológicas de Inmigración en Texas
I offer compassionate, trauma‑informed immigration evaluation support for VAWA, asylum, U‑Visa, T‑Visa, or extreme hardship waiver applications, in both English and Español in Texas, designed to help explain your emotional and psychological experiences in a professional and credible way.
I’m trained to provide confidential, in-depth, specialized, and trauma-informed psychological evaluations to support USCIS applications.
My focus is on:
Accentuating the strengths of the applicant.
Assessing psychological symptoms of the applicant and helping the person tell their story.
Writing a strong, detailed, in-depth, objective, and professional immigration psychological evaluation report to make the most powerful impact for your case.
Providing a report within a 2-4 week turnaround (and option for an expedited report).
I work with both lawyers and immigrants directly. To ensure accurate and trauma-informed evaluation, I exclusively work with clients who are actively working with an immigration attorney. This ensures that clients are provided the correct type of evaluation for their specific circumstances.

A psychological evaluation is a clinical assessment and written report prepared for USCIS or immigration court. It documents how trauma, abuse, persecution, separation, or hardship have affected your mental health and daily functioning.
Reports are prepared with clinical precision and in collaboration with your attorney.
-

An immigration psychological evaluation gives a voice to the applicant’s application. Reports are prepared with clarity, cultural awareness, and respect so your story is presented honestly and professionally. This helps immigration officials truly understand the emotional and psychological impact of your experiences.
It’s important to note that I provide services in English or Español, supportive for bilingual clients. I also work collaboratively with your attorney to help ensure your evaluation meets legal standards.
-
Immigration evaluations are a flat fee service. I charge $900-$1100 depending on need. Additional fees may apply if you need medical interpretation for languages other than English or Spanish, for expedited needs, or if court testimony is requested.

I work with both lawyers and immigrants directly. However, I do work exclusively with clients who are represented by an immigration attorney to ensure accuracy and legal relevance.

The evaluation process can feel emotional or intense — you’ll be asked about your personal history, experiences, and how they’ve impacted you. Many clients find that reflecting on their story in a safe space can also provide clarity and insight for their emotional well‑being beyond the legal purpose.
-
Evaluations can take up to 4 weeks to complete, though this timeline can vary depending on scheduling needs, the complexity of the case, and other factors. Expedited options may be available at an additional charge depending on scheduling.

If your attorney has recommended a psychological evaluation, I’m here to help.
